1. How long does order processing take?
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
2. How long will shipping take?
We currently offer standard free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom, with an estimated delivery time of 7–10 business days.
3. Do you offer international shipping?
No, at this time we only ship within the United Kingdom.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email notification with tracking information. If you haven’t received your tracking details, please email us at support@bromleyfurniture.shop
5. Can I cancel or change my order?
You may request changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, orders may already be processed and shipped.
6. What is your return and refund policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy under the following conditions:
- Damaged or defective items
- Incorrect item received
- Change of mind (provided the item is unused and in original packaging)

7. What should I do if my order shows as delivered but I haven’t received it?
If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please:
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Verify the shipping address in your confirmation email
- Contact the carrier to request proof of delivery
- Share proof of non-delivery with us at support@bromleyfurniture.shop
We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, including issuing a refund if necessary.
